The objective of the RSPH Level 4 Award in Managing Food Safety and Hygiene qualification is to cover all of the necessary aspect of food hygiene and safety in-depth, providing delegates with a thorough understanding and knowledge of the subject. This course concentrates on the need for programmes and procedures to be properly drawn up, introduced and monitored to ensure full compliance with the legislation.
