Cancellation Policy
Traditional Courses
More than 28 working days before the course, no charge will be made. 14-28 working days before the course, 50% of the fee will be payable.
Less than 14 working days before the course, the whole fee will be payable. All cancellations requested verbally must be confirmed in writing
or email.
Totrain undertake to run all courses as scheduled, however occasionally and in some circumstances beyond our control we may have to change
a venue, location or date without prior notice being given. Should this occur and you wish to cancel your booking we will offer alternative dates/ venues. If these are unacceptable a full refund will be given covering the course costs, but no other expenses incurred We understand this can
be frustrating and will only do so where absolutely necessary, but reserve the right to do so.
e-Learning Courses
Please contact us directly regarding cancellation of e-learning courses. Please note that cancellation of e-learning courses, being digital content, will be at our discretion.
