Course summary:

The objective of the RSPH Level 3 Award in Understanding How to Develop a HACCP Plan is for learners to be able to develop and implement Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) procedures.

This course is aimed at:

  • Development staff of HACCP systems in food manufacturing environment
  • Maintenance staff of HACCP systems in food manufacturing environment

At the end of the course you will:

  • Understand the importance of HACCP based food safety management procedures
  • Know the preliminary processes for HACCP
  • Be able to explain the role of the HACCP team member
  • Understand how a HACCP plan is developed using the Codex principles
