A graduate of Kings College London, Fiona is a highly experienced Technical Professional having operated across retail, third party Auditing and Food Manufacturing.

Fiona is Head of Technical at one of the UK’s largest trout and salmon processors supplying Cold and Hot Smoked Ready to Eat Salmon and Natural and Value Added Ready to Cook Salmon to major UK Retailers. The site in the Scottish Borders employs over 700 people and is accredited to BRC Global Food Safety Standard V8.
