Q: I'm receiving the error ‘Incorrect Sesskey submitted, form not accepted’, what should I do?

A: This is a problem affecting Internet Explorer and cookie privacy settings.
There are two options for solving the problem.

Option 1:
1. Click Tools or the Cog in the top right corner.
2. Select Internet Options.
3. Click Privacy.
4. Move the slider to a setting to Accept All Cookies.

And if you do not wish to accept all cookies.
Option 2:
1. Click Tools or the Cog in the top right corner.
2. Select Internet Options.
3. Click Privacy.
4. Click Sites.
5. Enter totrain.co.uk in Address of website: box.
6. Click Allow.



Q: When I try to launch a course, the pop up blocker in my browser stops it. How do I turn off this feature?

A:If you are unable to view your course, your browser might be configured to block all pop-ups. These links show you how to re-enable pop-ups in the four most popular web browsers.

Firefox:
In Firefox, you can add specific websites to an allowed or exceptions list. Once you add a site to this list, pop-ups from that site are always visible. Mozilla’s support pages show you how to manage pop-up blocker settings in Firefox.

Chrome:
Like Firefox, in Chrome you can add specific sites to an allowed list so pop-ups for that site always appear. For more information on how to manage pop-up settings in Chrome, have a look at Google’s support documentation.

Safari:
If you’ve enabled Safari’s pop-up blocker, you can still view your course as expected. Safari’s pop-up blocker doesn’t block pop-ups from opening if you’ve clicked on a button or link on a web page.
